Volume stayed steady rather than concentrating in a single spike month. January closed with 24 auctions, February with 32, and March with 32. February led the quarter on both hammer volume and buyer count, but March remained close behind, suggesting repeat demand rather than a one-week surge.

Geographically, Nashville accounted for 75 of the 88 closed auctions in the period, but the overall footprint extended beyond one metro. Auctions in the dataset closed across 12 cities, and winning buyers were associated with addresses in 18 states, led by Tennessee but reaching into Kentucky, Alabama, Texas, and beyond.

The mix of closed sales in the period included restaurant liquidations, vehicles, coins, estate contents, surplus goods, and specialty asset sales.
